My mother wants to sell her '91 Kubota B7100 HST with box blade and newer 16' trailor. Any ideas on a price she should ask? She's a recent widow and needs to sell for a fair price.

The tractor (B7100 HST-D 684) has low hours (695), serial # 63***, turf tires, 60 inch belly mower, 4 wheel drive, 4 foot box blade, safety bar, well maintained with all service records. Also newer 16 foot trailor. Any idea of price to ask for it? Someone has offered her $5000 for tractor, trailor & box blade. Is this fair? Thanks for any help!! ....
